Hel clients plan smooth, memorable journeys through expert travel advice and booking support.
• Assist clients with travel enquiries and arrangements
• Support flight bookings and ticketing
• Provide travel options and reservation guidance
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maintain accurate booking details and records
What we're looking for
- HND or Degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of flight bookings and ticketing.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems such as Amadeus or Galileo is an advantage.
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to handle customer enquiries and travel arrangements.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a travel agency is an advantage.
