On the homepage, enter your origin and destination airports, select your travel dates, choose the number of travellers and cabin class, then click 'Let's Fly'. You'll see available flights and can filter by stops, time, airline and fare type.
Use the 'Manage booking' tab on the homepage or go to Manage booking from the menu. Enter your booking reference and the lead passenger's last name to retrieve your booking details. You can also view all your bookings when logged in via 'My Bookings' in the account menu.
We accept Mobile Money and card payments via our secure partner Hubtel. For tours, you can choose to pay now or pay later when submitting your booking request.
Cancellation and change rules depend on the airline or tour operator and the fare type. Refundable fares allow changes or cancellations subject to the terms. Non-refundable fares may not be changeable or may incur fees. Check your confirmation email and the fare rules linked on your booking for full details.
Browse our Tours page, select a tour and click to book. Fill in your details, preferred travel date and number of guests. You can pay now (Mobile Money or card) or submit a request and we'll contact you to arrange payment.
After successful payment, you'll receive a confirmation with your booking reference and itinerary. For flights, the official e-ticket is issued once the airline confirms the booking. You can download a PDF of your booking from the manage-booking page.
